The benefits of meditation and related meditative modalities are well-recognized for their aid in promoting general mental wellness. Increasingly researchers and clinicians find that these types of meditative activities are important adjuncts to the treatment of depression, stress, and anxiety.

Sometimes it can be a little confusing to find classes in these techniques. Often they are taught in a religious or spiritual context that some may find disconcerting, or else classes may be intensive requiring large time commitments. Our goal is to provide a range of different techniques to suit different tastes and to provide focused classes at convenient times and for manageable time commitments to help our patients and the general public.

A number of our classes are held for convenient one-hour periods at commuting and lunch hours.
