She has a unique gift due to her own personal journey to be an especially empathetic and compassionate teacher. Whether it is a strong, heating practice, a gentle, cooling practice, a balanced, Samana, practice, or a practice targeted to a specific condition, Tamara can develop a practice that will help you stabilize, integrate, and even improve where you are now. As you progress, your needs may change. She can work with you to give you a personal practice that can grow and change with you.
