Dear MindTherapy,

Thank you for taking the time to read our newsletter. We're staying in touch to keep you up to date about our work and our team at MindTherapy Clinic. We area team of dedicated, multi-disciplinary specialty clinicians to provide traditional and non-traditional outpatient services to meet the mental health needs of Bay Area adults, young adults, teens, and their families.  Our highly collaborative, integrated set of services includes:
* Psychiatric medication treatment
* Use of newly emerging, innovative diagnostic testing
* Neuropsychological testing
* Group therapies
* Cognitive behavioral and other individual psychotherapies
* Nutritional counseling
* EEG Biofeedback (neurofeedback)
* Integrated Services Program (ISP) for troubled teens and stuck young adults

We are a general practice psychiatry and psychological services center with an emphasis on integrative and alternative methods. We specialize in meeting the needs of troubled teens, challenged young adults, and their families experiencing a wide range of psychiatric, psychological, relational, and emotional challenges including:

Mood disorders including bipolar illness, refractory depression, and social anxiety problems
Attentional difficulties including ADHD/ADD
Substance abuse and addiction including prescription drug abuse or dependence
Disordered eating and associated social and body image difficulties
Trauma and attachment disorders with or without PTSD

In New York she was on staff at Elmhurst Hospital Center affiliated with Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and later Kings County Hospital Center affiliated with SUNY Downstate College of Medicine.
