An integrative approach to therapy.

Amelia Howard-Smith, LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and adults. Amelia has worked in various therapeutic settings, completing her clinical training at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC), Kaiser’s Chemical Dependency Recovery Program (CDRP), and Adolescent Counseling Services in Palo Alto.

Amelia uses an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on her training and education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Theory, and Structural Family Therapy.  Amelia received her MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
