Mindfulness in Action Group

Mindfulness in Action engages members to explore the outdoors, engage in social activities as well as arts and crafts, which helps cultivate mindfulness skills and connect more deeply with oneself, others and the environment. Members focus on increasing self-esteem and compassion, quieting the mind, relief of pain symptoms, anxiety, depression, stress, and the alleviation of general mental suffering.

When:  Mondays, 2:30-5:30pm* 

*Start and end times are flexible.
