Restorative movement therapy is a gentle, healing therapy that helps improve health and overall well being. Through a series of slow moving exercises that gather and stimulate the movement of energy in the body, group members improve their concentration and focus levels, reduce stress, improve physical stamina and cultivate a positive attitude to life as well as increase body and cardiovascular strength.
