Experiential Psychotherapy involves actions, movements, and activities that allow participants to experience successes, identify obstacles, develop improved self esteem, and take greater responsibility for their actions. Members experience “real time” feelings of the complexity of situations through creative activities.
Carol is a dedicated therapist and registered nurse who has done extensive work in expressive therapies and has lectured and trained professionals treating eating disorders and addiction recovery nationwide. Her work is featured in her documentaries Expressing Disorder: Journey to Recovery and Unveiling the Hidden Self: Hope and Healing through Drama Therapy.
