Cultivate mindfulness skills in daily life
Mindfulness in Action utilizes the power of nature to heal and cultivate mindfulness skills that can be transferred into daily living. When the weather doesn't permit, the group engages in social activities as well as arts and crafts. Group members are guided through mindfulness experiences that will help connect them more deeply with themselves, others and the environment.
Members focus on increasing self-esteem and compassion, non-judgmental awareness, relief of pain symptoms, anxiety, depression, stress and the alleviation of general suffering.
Mondays, 2:30-5:30pm (flexible start and end times. please come prepared for hiking/walking)
