HOW WE HELP

Addiction

Treatment of  Addiction and Co-occurring Disorders
We believe in understanding the underlying issues and figuring out what's motivating the addictive behaviors that trigger multiple disorders.

ADHD

Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity
Often adults suffer professionally and in relationships from undiagnosed ADHD.  Education, behavioral treatments, and psychotherapy treatments are the most effective for adults with ADHD.

Anxiety

Generalized, Social, OCD, PTSD, Phobias
Treatment for anxiety disorder includes generalized anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and specific phobia.

Bipolar Disorder

Severe Mood Swings
Bipolar disorder requires psychiatric treatment as soon as possible and needs to be under psychiatric medication supervision.

Borderline Personality

Suicidal and Self-Injuring Behaviors
Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is a serious mental illness, and those who have  BPD suffer from unstable moods, impulsive and reckless behavior, and problems with relationships with other people.

Depression

Treatment-resistant Depression
As many as two-thirds of people with depression aren’t helped by the first antidepressant they try. Up to a third don’t respond to several attempts at treatment.

Eating Disorder

Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating
Disturbed eating is one of the most lethal psychiatric disorders that can be managed with proper treatment.

OCD

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
OCD is a chronic condition, and if left untreated, it can be disabling interference to all aspects of life.

Schizophrenia & Psychosis

Schizophrenia, Hallucinations, Delusions, Paranoia Seeking psychiatric treatment for schizophrenia and psychotic and disturbed thinking is daunting for most people. Our goal is to make this process as easy, helpful, and educational as possible.

Trauma & PTSD

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Trauma experiences often involve a threat to life or safety, but any situation that leaves a person feeling overwhelmed and alone can be traumatic, even if it does not involve physical harm.  Ultimately, traumatic events lead to a loss of one’s sense of security.
