For outpatient services, payment is due to the clinic directly at the time of the service. We will provide a statement to you that you can use to make an insurance claim for reimbursement. The statement is a detailed invoice which includes the procedure and diagnosis coding as well as all relevant information that your insurance carrier will need in order to reimburse you.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Here are a few questions you might want to ask to understand your coverage:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per session for psychiatric visit, for therapy, for TMS, and for group therapy?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment at the time of service.
All clients are required to keep a credit card on file with us.


If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
